Who are Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group?
We are an NHS organisation responsible for planning, organising and buying NHS-funded healthcare for around 450,000 people who live in Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire areas.

In 2018, we became part of the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) Commissioning Collaborative. This Commissioning Collaborative enables us to consider the wider population’s needs so we can plan, buy and commission health services more efficiently.
Who is involved?
Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (BCCG) is clinically-led. This means we are run by GPs, nurses, hospital doctors and other clinicians, the people you see when you come into contact with the NHS.
We are a membership organisation, made up of 48 GP practices from across Bedfordshire. These have been arranged in the below localities:
